Courses, Digital Downloads, and Memberships: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued after 7 days, regardless of whether the materials were accessed or completed.

1:1 and Group Coaching Calls: Coaching sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Group coaching programs are not eligible for partial refunds due to missed sessions.

Copyediting Services: Because this is a custom service, no refunds will be issued once work has begun.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that fall outside of these stated conditions.
