Domenica has been a wonderful teacher and guide on this journey. I have learned so much during these past 6 months. She cares so much about her students, and I felt heard, seen, and safe in her presence. I have never thought about a writer's wound before, and the way she structured the workshops and provided us with feedback was priceless. Before joining the Woo-Woo Writers Workshop (former program title), for 5 years, I had a small inner voice that told me to write a book. But I had no idea where to start or what the process looked like. I didn’t think that I was capable of writing a book with my writing ability. I certainly didn’t believe writing a book was something I could do. But that inner voice kept making noise in the background.
